The Foothills
In some cases the name really says it all, and that is certainly the case here, Desert Hot Springs, California has long been a popular resort area due to its naturally occurring hot springs. A tourist destination since the 50s, Desert Hot Springs experienced dizzying growth in the 80s and 90s and most of the vacant property was gobbled up for new residential development.
Accredited Investors, L.L.C. provided the equity capital for the acquisition of 161 acres of prime hillside land in Desert Hot Springs. Currently in process for entitlement, the acquisition is expected to yield 55 entitlements for custom home sites.
